Table should be professionally crated for traveling distances over 300 miles from Raleigh North Carolina.

Note: crating charges are the responsibility of the customer

Installation and customer training

2 day installation and training visit is included in the cost of the machine.

Note: If installation is delayed due to the customer facility not being prepared for the installation the customer will be charged at a $750 per day rate beyond the original 3 day time.
